Full Time Intake Specialist
*can be remote position after training
- Follow up on new potential clients
- Determine whether the potential client qualifies for SSD, SSI or both
- Determine if the potential client meets Newlin Disability qualifying criteria
- Send electronic contracts to new clients and guide them through the signing process
Full Time – Pre Hearing Case Manager
*responsible for 300-325 clients
- Maintains ongoing monthly communication with clients
- Keeps client medical treatments and medications updated
- Processes mail
- Files client appeals
