Brian A. Newlin

Born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana, Brian A. Newlin received his bachelor’s degree in public affairs from Indiana University Bloomington with a major in legal studies and a minor in criminal justice. His passion for helping others drove him to pursue a career in law, and he went on to earn his Juris Doctor from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2014.

In addition to working as an attorney at Newlin Disability, Brian also practices law at Fleschner, Stark, Tanoos & Newlin.

Admitted to practice law in Indiana, Brian is an active member of the Terre Haute Bar Association. He focuses primarily on Social Security Disability cases.
