Meet Our Team
Attorney Charles Haynes was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, and attended Indiana University, earning a B.S. degree in business operations in 2003. Upon graduating, he lived in Indianapolis for a year working in customer service for Conseco, Inc. Charlie then relocated to Columbus, OH to work as an associate for an investor relations firm.
After five years in Ohio, Charlie moved to New Orleans, LA, to attend Loyola University College of Law where he earned his J.D. in 2011. While in law school, Charlie was a managing editor of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law, the Director of Technology for the Student Bar Association, and was a teaching assistant for the Legal Research and Writing Lab. He interned for the Louisiana Workforce Commission as a clerk for a Workers’ Compensation Judge. He also worked for the General Counsel’s office of the New Orleans Saints.
Charlie is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He primarily represents Social Security Disability claimants in Georgia, but also practices in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
